COMMITTEES

Executive Committee

Conducts long-range strategic planning for the Chamber, subject to review and approval of the full Board of Directors, conducts business as necessary, including policy-making and providing direction to committees.

Legislative Committee

Functions as a liaison for business and local government and assists businesses in their efforts to achieve positive business results within the local regulatory framework.

Membership Committee

Recruits, nurtures and sustains member businesses which generate an adequate revenue stream to fulfill the Chamber mission.

Programs/Education Committee

Plans programs and procures speakers on issues of importance to Chamber members.  Plans programs, coordinates business-to-business educational offerings and procures speakers on issues of importance to Chamber members. Develops partnership programs between the business and education communities to expose students to business as a worthwhile career alternative.
