Kurt Brown - Brown's Graphic Solutions, Inc.
Kurt Brown is President of Brown’s Graphic Solutions, Inc. and has over 20 years experience in the Graphics field. Brown’s specializes in screen printing, digital printing, laser engraving, embroidery, custom made show ribbons, and plaques. Kurt is also the Chair of the Special Events Committee and also is in his first term on the Board of Directors for the Chamber.
Presently Kurt serves as the Finance Chairman on the Ephrata Church of the Nazarene board. Kurt resides with his wife Nicki, and their two daughters Kayla and Kelsey.

First Vice President
Michele McHenry - Laser Lab, Inc.
Michele McHenry is President of Laser Lab, Inc. and has over 20 years in the office equipment industry, specializing in remote print management; quality remanufactured toner cartridges and revitalized laser printers. Under Michele’s leadership, Laser Lab has received awards such as the 2005 WBEC Done Deal Award, Top Diversity Owned Business Award in PA & Top Small Business in PA from DiversityBusiness.com to name a few.
Michele is dedicated to supporting and encouraging other women in business. She received the Women Business Enterprise National Council Enterprise Star 2011 Award, the Women of Influence 2011Award, the Leadership Award at WBEC PA, DE, sNJ 2010, and their Shining Star award in 2009. She is a WBENC Forum at Large Member and a WBEC of PA, DE, sNJ Council Member.
Michele is active in her community, serving as a leader in many capacities: Board Member of the Ephrata Chamber of Commerce; Area Representative for the Ephrata Area Women’s Connection, a branch of Stonecroft Ministries, Inc., VP for the Ephrata Rotary; past President of the Lancaster Area Express Network and current VP of Marketing, a branch of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA); Pastor-Parish Relations Committee Member, as well as other key positions in her church. Michele and her husband Vince reside in Ephrata and enjoy spending time with their two grown children, Paul & Emily.

Treasurer
Randy Goshert, CPA - Weinhold Nickel & Company, LLP
Randy Goshert is a partner with Weinhold, Nickel & Company, LLP. and has over 25 years experience in public accounting. Randy has extensive experience in corporate and individual income tax matters, reviewed and compiled financial statements, internal control review, and accounting systems design and implementation. He works with corporate and individual clients in the manufacturing, construction, service, and retail industries. He also works with a variety of non-profit organizations.
Randy holds an Associate of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, both earned from the Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants.
Randy and his wife, Margie, reside in Ephrata with their two children, Kelli and Jason. He currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Ephrata Area Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the Board of Trustees of Ephrata Lodge No. 665, F & AM. He also was a member of the Lancaster MS Leadership Class of 2007. He enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Secretary
Elaine Gaston - Ephrata Area School District
Elaine Gaston is a business educator and department supervisor at the Ephrata Area School District. She has a passion for teaching students about the world of business in such topics as accounting, law, Microsoft Office, and financial literacy. Throughout her years of teaching, Elaine has contributed to her school community by teaching leadership skills to Future Business Leaders of America, advising class officers, and handling ticket sales for the Ephrata High School Theatre Department. Elaine is an adjunct professor of graduate students at Alvernia University in Reading, Pennsylvania, where she teaches classroom strategies to future business educators.
Elaine first became involved with the Ephrata Area Chamber of Commerce through its recognition of outstanding business and technology students. She has served on the Board of Directors since January 2009 and currently serves as the Board’s secretary.

Leanne Biers - AAMS Edward Jones
Leanne Biers is a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones at 1248 West Main Street in Ephrata. She provides confidential, personalized financial services for individuals and businesses to create effective strategies for their investments, and emphasizes a well balanced portfolio to achieve long term goals.
Leanne recently received the Jack Phelan award for outstanding sales and service efforts on behalf of her clients. "When you work for a firm that is known for its outstanding service, it is quite an honor to be singled out for your service record", said Biers.
Leanne volunteers as Vice President for the Ephrata Area Chamber of Commerce, participates in Rotary, is a past President of the Woman's Club of Ephrata, and has served on the Ephrata Emergency Services Task Force. She is a former Ephrata Borough Councilperson and Finance Committee Chairperson, was a founding Director of the Ephrata Economic Development Board, and was President of the Board of Directors for the Ephrata Public Library.
Leanne and her husband Keith reside in Ephrata and have two grown children, Alison and Steve.

Josh Gluck - Douple Agency, Inc.
Josh Gluck joined the Chamber’s Board of Director’s in 2009 and is currently serving his third year. He also the Chair of the Chamber’s Legislative Committee and works closely with members and politicians. He is the past Chair of the Chamber’s annual golf tournament.
Professionally, he holds the position of Executive Vice-President at Douple Agency, Inc, a leading insurance agency in Lancaster County. His primary responsibilities include sales, marketing, and business planning. He holds the designation of Certified Insurance Councilor (CIC) and is pursuing a Certified Risk Manager (CRM) title.
In the community he has served several positions of leadership within his church, including Parish Council President for two terms and is the current President of the Denver-Adamstown Rotary Club. His company participates with many community service organizations such as United Way, Day of Caring, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Boy Scouts of America, American Cancer Society, and the American Heart Association.

Dave Lloyd - Ephrata Rec Cener
David B. Lloyd has been the Executive Director of the Ephrata Recreation Center for the past 17 years. Mr. Lloyd has over 33 years of experience in the administration and development of not-for-profit/municipal leisure services. Extensive experience has been in the responsibility and accountability for the management, administration and operation of community/recreation centers; public/private collaborations; and park systems, which included the strategic planning, public relations, boards and commissions, membership promotion and marketing programs, human resources, facilities, maintenance and fiscal planning.
Presently Mr. Lloyd serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer of the Ephrata Area Rehabilitation Services. He also serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors of the Cocalico Senior Association.

Cindy Mellinger - Blue Ridge Cable
Cindy Mellinger is the Marketing and Community Relations Coordinator for Blue Ridge Communications, working for the company for over twenty-six years. Blue Ridge Communications, the nation’s 23rd largest cable company, is a full service communications provider serving northeastern and southeastern Pennsylvania. Blue Ridge Communications, a subsidiary of Pencor Services, Inc., offers advanced services including Digital Cable with On Demand, DVR, HDTV, High Speed Internet, Digital Phone and Home Security.
Cindy is involved in many community and non-profit organizations including Hospice of Lancaster County (volunteer and also on PR/Marketing Strategy Committee with Hospice Staff), Women’s Giving Circle (Philanthropic Group-Hospice of Lancaster County) which allows women to effectively invest in projects that will build and strengthen hospice-related programs through the power of joint contributions, ACS Relay for Life (volunteer and also publicity committee co-chair for the NORLANCO Relay for Life), Ephrata Merchants Association (Co-President), Iron Chef Committee Member (fundraising venue for the Cocalico School District Education Foundation), United Disabilities Services and the Collection Coordinator for Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child for the past 14 years. Cindy is the 2012 American Cancer Society Voices of Hope Speaker

John Stevens, Esquire - Gardner and Stevens, P.C.
John C. Stevens is an attorney and co-owner of Gardner and Stevens, P.C. John graduated from The Dickinson School of Law in 1996 and Franklin and Marshall College in 1993. While in Law School, John received The American Bankruptcy Law Journal Award and was actively involved in Dickinson's Family Law Clinic. His primary areas of practice include Family Law, Business Law, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Estate Administration and Planning and various traffic and criminal defense matters.
John has served as a coach to the Ephrata High School Mock Trial Team and has been involved with the Junior Achievement Program. John lectures on the practice of law to local groups and organizations and has been a course presenter at the Lancaster Bar Association. In addition to being a Board Member, he presently serves on the Special Events Committee with the Ephrata Area Chamber of Commerce.
John resides with his wife, Connie, and their two sons, Andrew and Matthew.

Paul Wenger - Ephrata National Bank
Paul Wenger has worked at The Ephrata National Bank for 44+ years. His banking career began in 1967 as a teller at ENB’s downtown Ephrata locations. In 1972 Paul was instrumental in the installation of the first computer at ENB and was named Vice President of Data Processing in 1980. Since then, Paul has held various positions at ENB in Deposit Services, Operations and Management. In his current positions, Paul serves as Sr. Vice President and Cashier at The Ephrata National Bank and Vice President and Corporate Secretary of ENB Financial Corp, the holding company of The Ephrata National Bank.
Paul and his wife, Darla, reside in Reamstown and are parents of two grown children, Lori (Wenger) Quirk and Scott Wenger, and five grandchildren. Paul graduated from Cocalico High School, the American Institute of Banking, and the New Jersey Banker’s Association Data Processing School. Active in church and community, Paul serves as an Elder and Treasurer at Washington Avenue Bible Church, Secretary of the East Cocalico Township Planning Commission, and as a member of the Board of the Island Missionary Society, Inc. Also, Paul recently served as Treasurer of Downtown Ephrata, Inc.
